Our Commitment To Your Health & Safety

We are writing to share our company response to recent events and increasing concerns about COVID-19, or Coronavirus. The safety of our customers and staff are our highest priority. We are staying informed about COVID-19 via the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The most recent information from the CDC indicates that the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 in our area is low. Still, we want you to feel comfortable and confident with your choices regarding caring for yourself and your family when requesting our services.

Cleaning and Sanitation: We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting standards according to the recommendations of the CDC. We offer hand sanitizer in our vehicles and have washrooms in our office. Our staff and technicians have been advised to follow the CDC guidelines for sanitary handwashing and hand sanitizing practices throughout the day.

Technicians: Our staff have been briefed on the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment and on our communication and action plans regarding COVID-19, including:

  • Technicians Wash Hands for 20 Seconds and/or use Hand Sanitizer Between Services
  • Technicians Wear Protective Booties Upon Arrival
  • Technicians Are Cognizant About Best Practices For Prevention
Our staff are following the CDC guidelines for containment and self-care, including staying home when sick or when possibly exposed to anyone else who is sick.
