Brian is a good representative of Four Seasons. Brian did everything he was supposed to do related to HVAC cleaning. He checked everything. I was impressed that he cleaned my condenser fins which needed cleaning. Four Seasons installed my HVAC system in 2023 and Brian was the first technician that actually checked and literally cleaned everything. Brian is exceptional.

Marcus was the service tech for our a/c repair. He arrived at the time he said he would; was friendly and professional; and diagnosed the problems accurately. Great customer service skills! I appreciated that Marcus didn't try to sell me on replacing my a/c and, instead, making two minor repairs at a fraction.of the cost. First time using Four Seasons: great experience thanks to Marcus.

We had our annual air conditioner / furnace check-up / tune-up today, and the technician was really great. He explained everything, was very thoughtful, and friendly. He checked and cleaned the equipment very thoroughly. I feel confident that our air conditioning system will work great through what is supposed to be an unusually very hot summer this year. I highly recommend Four Seasons heating and air conditioning service.

Called on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. They had a tech out within 4 hours. Diagnosed the issue quickly, and gave me a quote. Work was scheduled by the technician who came out and he also did the installation. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. I would difentatly recommend and will use them again should the need arise.

We have been customers for a long time and have always liked the way we were treated and the work done by them. We just purchased a new A/C since our 15 years old unit had it's end. The work was done the same day and as always everything went ok. The quality of work was good and the way they treated us, our home right down to the cleanup was great. They followed with us to not only check out the quality of work done but made sure we were treated well and happy with the install and quality of the A/C which now matches the Furnace maker that we already have that they had installed some time ago. I’m a new homeowner and six months into homeownership the thermostat and sensor on the old 9 year old water tank died. I called Four Seasons and they were out within 2 hours to evaluate my situation and make recommendations. I could either repair the old water tank which would be the band-aid approach with no guarantees something else wouldn’t go wrong or I could opt to replace with an entirely new water tank. I went with the second option and 24 hours later one of Four Seasons’ affiliated companies Advantage Plumbing was back at my house removing the old tank and installing a new tank that will hopefully last for as long as I own the home. I appreciate that Four Seasons was there for me when I needed help in an emergency and the level of communication from the service technician who came out to evaluate my situation was great. He didn’t try and upsell and he was honest and straightforward about my options. The service was really excellent. The install job 24 hours later went smoothly. I was relieved to have hot water again! I ended up having a question about the billing invoice that customer service was unable to answer and I requested a callback from a manager and the manager called back which helped and I appreciated. Thank you. Five star experience. I definitely recommend Four Seasons and Advantage Plumbing.

The technician came out to do an annual AC tuneup which I purchased from Four Seasons in 24. I also purchased a furnace a couple of months ago. Thought I spent was around $18,000. The service I got was outstanding the Technicians were very professional and courteous. My only problem was that with the amount of money that I spent with Four Seasons should have granted me a break on the price of an annual servicing. The price I paid was around $90 for the service.
